Social care housing complex

The area is designed as a facility for senior living with complete amenities, accommodations, and a variety of recreational options. Along a regulated watercourse, four identical circular buildings (SO 01, SO 02, SO 03, SO 04) serve as accommodation units. The inner courtyards of the circular structures are designed for relaxation and family gatherings in a semi-private environment.

Accommodation units consist of 10 residential cells with 21 rooms for one, at most two people (a total of 22 residents) and an isolation cell for one person. The administrative section includes a reception, a lounge, caregiver offices, and sanitary facilities.
